La ritira il segretario PD affermando che ormai dalla presentazione era passato troppo tempo,
doveva servire come far capire prima della finanziaria che venendo approvata cosi
come era, e come è stata approvata,strozza gli enti locali!
La terza, Un fontanello in ogni quartiere del gruppo PRC!
Inizia il dibattito almeno su questa mozione perchè fino ad ora era stato solo aria fritta!
