In un articolo apparso Social Editor on the other hand, the emphasis is on technology and lack of preparation on teacher support, we read: " The report states however that" the presence of computer technology in schools does not guarantee that this is actually used in the teaching ": if (among schools with at least one computer station) in 67.8% of primary and secondary in 74.3% of all support teachers claim to use the equipment, there are situations where no teacher knows to use them for special education (16.7% happens in the primaries and in 11, 3% of secondary). The regions where more than one quarter of primary schools not teachers have "technology" are mainly in the south: Sicily (20.2), Molise (21.1%), Calabria (22%) and Campania (25.7%), while in the north a similar value is recorded in the Autonomous Province Bolzano (21.2%). As for the secondary school, the percentage of schools that did not support teachers who use technology is lower: the regions that are less advanced are the Abruzzo (16.8%), Molise (16.7%), the Campania (15.4%) and Calabria (15.3%), along with Emilia-Romagna (16.1%). The survey also reveals clearly a gap in teacher education: "Only 43.8% of primary schools in reading and 53.7% of all secondary schools support teachers have attended special courses accredited in the field of educational technology for teaching special. "Conversely," are about 50% of the schools whose teachers for every order of support have never attended these courses " .
Istat said, no, notes that in Italy, students with disabilities are just over 130,000.

But for the year 2008-09 has answered 77% of Italian schools for 2009 / 10 responded, 89% of schools (state and not from primary to secondary level) so it's not 100%, are excluded nursery schools and universities.
Here full text survey is that, I confess, I have not read it yet.

Questions: fester the data is part, of those 130,000 students enrolled, how many were truly "integrated"? What does it cost annually to the MIUR avalanche of appeals to the TAR? Next year we will be the usual? Rinfrescatemi memory: it was 1977 when they made a law that even our children could enroll in public schools.
1977.
nice day.
