Lo precisa il Vice-Presidente and Councillor for Sport, Gianfranco Porqueddu , after meeting today with representatives of local institutions and associations of supporters grenade, called the Councillor Joseph Sbriglio city.
Vice-President shall, however, to point out that Porqueddu
to translate the documents for policy and political commitment is necessary administrative measures that the project is outlined in the elements that are essential: the total investment requirements, timing utilization of funds, the project economic and organizational management of the reconstructed Philadelphia. These are the conditions that will enable the Province to assume financial commitments, consistent with the available budget.
reiterate our interest in this initiative, "added Porqueddu-but we are currently unable to accede to the invitation of the promoters of the Foundation (which expires March 10): we can not bind the County to support economic burden future uncertain and undefined. To do so would violate the rules on the accounts of public bodies and we would go against the principle of sound administration of public money. When there will be submitted details of the reconstruction project of Philadelphia will evaluate the financial commitment that the province can reasonably sustain.

would first like to thank my colleague Pomponio for having the courage to bring out the elusive behavior of the Province of Turin on its possible participation in the Foundation Stage Philadelphia. " Having learned of the existence of a letter on the subject, addressed to the President and the Vice-President and Saitta Porqueddu Councillor for Sport, however, both an expression of his own political party, is certainly good news for those who, like myself, said the province should be among the founding members, just as the City of Turin and the Piedmont Region.
For me, however, the good news ends here, because in fact to date no official decision has been made concrete by the Government Saitta to meet the deadline of 10 March, the date by which any public shareholders will able to join as founders, fielding the necessary resources for the reconstruction of Fila.
For today, we record only one item - never been questioned but not supported by public documents - a participation of the Province of Turin for a total of 500 thousand euro. Pure fiction, just go to check the deliberations of the Board and the determinations of the provincial administration on this issue in recent weeks: no.
The last act on record, in fact, is a motion - filed jointly by myself and colleague Hector Puglisi Party - voted by a majority September 22, 2008 in which they promised to join the Province of Turin as a founding member of the Foundation Stage Philadelphia. "
Now, as I believe that sterile speeches had been made far too many in recent years, that should not Fila become the subject groped for good to take some votes in local elections, or worse, the primaries of the PD and phony that, instead, the time has come finally to respect its commitments with concrete actions and verifiable by all those who have at heart its reconstruction, I assure my colleague that Pomponio will have all my support and that of my party if you have the strength to convince his colleagues at the center of government of the province to publicly clarify their intentions on the accession to the Foundation Stage Philadelphia. " And to act accordingly.
We as PDL, we want at all costs to heal a wound that is open for too long in city: and we continue to prove with concrete action, as happened this morning in town, when our representatives on this subject have maintained a quorum in the council committee responsible, making vain absences become chronic in the former center-left majority.
