Remember this summer? When they began to leave the first, apparently, from the blue, and news on the financial statements? The reasons behind the crisis, which are repsonse disabled people, had to cut and trim and, quite rightly, cut services, "useless" and then, why not?, Also cut the subsidies that are paid to disabled people and there was that unworthy theater that saw the proposal to lower the percentage of disability ... all things that I remember, I suppose.
In the midst of all this there was also a nice maneuver that passed (then) just below the silence within the law for the refinancing of the Italian mission in Afghanistan (you read that right!) Was proposed and accepted an amendment that said, in a nutshell, that widows and orphans of victims of terrorism had priority on people with disabilities for job placements.
Nobody talked about it, but someone, rightly indignant.
Amalia Schirru immediately began a search topic. On facebook the only group that I know is founded by Umberto Brancia.
For the rest, silence.
But it is not talked about that if something does not happen.
The story had a happy ending after about 6 months of battles this amendment has been removed and reinstated a law that protects employment for disabled people.

Fa think anyone has talked about "oversight" for this whole thing: i diritti delle persone disabili stanno proprio a cuore della politica al punto da compiere questo macroscopico lapsus? Incommentabile.
Nonostante il vento che tira sia quello dell'intolleranza e dell'indifferenza (altrimenti non si spiegano tante misure contro e a danno delle persone disabili) c'è chi non si lascia trasportare ma anzi si oppone e vince.
